During the period of the company’s activity we have employed more than one hundred people of different positions and specialities.

We constantly monitor the situation regarding changes in market conditions and try to find the best solution for our clients. We offer an individual approach to business and flexible conditions. Our clients can be both job seekers, i.e. candidates for the offered vacancy and employers – enterprises in need of qualified staff.

For the most part, activities are carried out and continue to be developed in the industrial sector in such areas as metal production, shipbuilding, construction, energy. As well as logistics, factories, agriculture, and services.

Offer of cooperation: work in Estonia and abroad

Our agency is ready to offer you cooperation within the framework of labour relations on the basis of an official employment contract of the Republic of Estonia.

The work is carried out on a permanent and temporary basis on the territory of Estonia with the possibility of travelling to the border, as well as on the territory of our partner countries. We are both a direct employer and a recruitment and rental agency for our partners. We cooperate with Estonian companies and the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund. We also cooperate with foreign partner companies (Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, and Holland).

For non-residents of the Republic of Estonia

  • Our agency issues official work permits in Estonia;
  • Provides a letter of employment guarantee to the embassy of the country of residence of a non-resident;
  • Assists in obtaining a temporary residence permit in Estonia
  • Can provide accommodation for the period of work
  • Can provide the partial payment option for transport costs related to the work.

To begin registration, a candidate:

  1. Fills in a questionnaire with his/her data
  2. Provides a copy of the document
  3. Provides documents and copies confirming professional suitability
  4. Passes a test/an interview to confirm the stated requirements and qualifications (at our office)
  5. Passes a repeated test, interview to confirm the stated requirements and qualifications according to the requirements of our partners’ company (at the customer’s office).
  6. After passing the test/interview and confirming of his/her qualification, a labour contract is concluded with the candidate.
For employers/customers

Staff hire and recruitment services with a high level of qualification

We offer you cooperation on terms of personnel hire or personnel search services for your enterprise.

We have a large base of qualified workers and constantly update and supplement it with new staff. We position ourselves as an international company As we cooperate with Estonian citizens as well as with citizens of Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, and Lithuania.

In order to determine whether an employee’s qualification level is appropriate, we conduct the initial testing and interview.

This allows us to determine at the initial stage the level of knowledge and qualification of an employee for the proposed vacancy and determine his/her appointment.

Conditions for hiring our staff

An employer/employer’s representative fills in a questionnaire/form for the required vacancy.

Or sends an e-mail enquiry to our specialists.

We send a list of selected specialists together with documents confirming the necessary qualifications and agree on the time of the test on the territory of the customer’s enterprise.

After passing the test at the customer’s office, the customer chooses the right candidate and then a contract shall be signed between the customer and our agency.

The hourly cost of our employee’s rent shall be stipulated at the conclusion of the contract.

We provide our workers with working clothes and footwear according to the requirements of industrial safety.

More detailed issues shall be agreed with the customer/customer’s representative before concluding the contract.

Terms and conditions for finding the necessary candidates

A contract shall be concluded between our agency and the customer’s company on the basis of which we search for and provide qualified personnel.

The terms of work and payment for our services shall be agreed at the conclusion of a contract.
